Egyptian Dance led by Dominique Moon

- Brief history about baladi and the erotic or sex work within the framework of Egyptian dance.
2. "Surrender as a Practice"
- Use self-awareness and sound to enrich your sense of trust in your body.
- How to "drop down" into your body to feel yourself internally for greater self-love.
3. How to ground your body
- Giving yourself permission to be heavy.
- Work with Earth energy for stability.
4. Open your pelvic floor
- Learn practices that increase the range of motion in your hips.
- How to use your pelvic floor, breasts, and hips to release stagnant energy.
5. Rhythm Intelligence
- Learn how to recognize popular Egyptian rhythms.
